Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to workforcegoods.com and purchases from Work Force, operated by Work Force Industries LLC (“Work Force,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at the time of purchase. If you are purchasing for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

1. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information, and keep any account credentials secure. You may not use our store for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or access systems or information without authorization.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell printed posters and digital products. Each product page identifies the format, dimensions, language, edition, and what is included. Please review these details before ordering. Frames, furniture, and other styling props shown in photographs are not included unless the product description expressly says otherwise.

We aim to show our products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, paper, and printing processes may cause minor differences in appearance. Lifestyle images may include digitally created or edited room settings. Product dimensions and written specifications describe the item being sold. These appearance differences do not excuse a defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. When a listing includes standard shipping, that offer applies to the destinations and delivery service stated in the listing and at checkout.

Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for an unavailable product, a material pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the canceled portion. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

Prices and offers may change for future orders. Such changes do not increase the agreed price of an accepted order.

4. Printed orders and delivery

Our printed products are made to order and may be produced and shipped by a fulfillment partner. Production time is separate from shipping time. Any delivery estimates shown are estimates unless expressly described as guaranteed. If a shipping delay requires notice, consent, or a cancellation option under applicable law, we will provide it.

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if a correction or cancellation is needed. Once production or fulfillment has started, changes may not be possible. If an order is missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it.

5. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Our Returns & Replacements policy forms part of these terms. Purchases are final sale for changes of mind or selection of the wrong size, color, or design, subject to your rights under applicable law.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact hello@workforcegoods.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable. We provide covered replacements at no additional cost, including shipping. If a replacement is unavailable, we refund the affected item and applicable shipping charges as described in that policy. Do not send an item back without instructions from us.

The reporting window does not limit your legal rights. If these terms and the Returns & Replacements policy differ on a return or remedy, that policy controls, subject to applicable law.

6. Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped. You are responsible for having the software, equipment, paper, and other supplies needed to open and print the purchased file. Follow the product's printing and setup instructions. Contact us if you cannot access a purchased file or it is defective.

Unless the product page states otherwise, you may download and print the purchased file for your own use or your business's internal workplace and employee-reference use. You may not resell our digital files, publish them for public download, or distribute our original design as your own product without written permission. These restrictions apply only to material in which we hold rights; they do not restrict your lawful use of government notices or other public-domain content.

The purchased edition does not include future annual editions, automatic revisions, or an update subscription unless expressly stated on the product page. Our Returns & Replacements policy and any applicable mandatory rights also apply to digital purchases.

7. Workplace information and posting responsibilities

Work Force is a private company, not a government agency, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a government agency. Government notices are available free from the issuing agencies.

Our products and website present workplace information; they are not legal advice. Posting requirements depend on factors such as location, industry, workforce, language, and employer circumstances, and can change during the year. Purchasing a dated edition does not guarantee that it satisfies every requirement for every workplace or remains current indefinitely.

Employers are responsible for checking applicable requirements, completing employer-specific information, displaying notices in the required manner, and obtaining additional or updated notices when needed. Our print-at-home employee-reference edition does not replace all required workplace postings or individual employee notices. Refer to the product instructions, our posting guide, and current official agency resources.

8. Our content and intellectual property

Work Force's original designs, branding, photographs, and website content are owned by or licensed to Work Force and protected to the extent provided by law. A purchase does not transfer ownership of those rights. Government notices, public-domain materials, and third-party content remain subject to their respective legal status and rights. Nothing in these terms prevents uses permitted by law.

9. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify provides our commerce platform, and we use service providers for functions such as payments, printing, delivery, and digital fulfillment. A third-party website or optional service may have its own terms. Links to outside resources do not make those resources part of our store or imply an endorsement.

10. Responsibility and your legal rights

We aim to keep the store available and its information accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every website feature will always be error-free. Please contact us about an error so we can address it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses, such as lost profits, arising from use of the website or products. This does not limit our stated obligations to deliver the products ordered or provide applicable remedies, and it does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights or warranties.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Updated terms apply prospectively; the terms in effect when you placed an order govern that purchase unless you agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.

These terms are governed by California law and applicable U.S. federal law, without depriving you of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
