This edition brings California and federal workplace notices together on one 30 × 40 inch poster. Posting requirements depend on your location, industry, workforce size and employee languages.
Before display, complete the employer-specific fields and check which additional notices apply, including city or county postings and your California industry or occupational wage order. Display notices where employees can readily see and read them, and replace outdated information when requirements change.
This poster does not replace separate employee-notice delivery requirements or every obligation applicable to remote workers. Government notices are also available free from the issuing agencies.

Does it come framed?
The current 30 × 40 inch editions are sold unframed. A frame and mounting hardware are not included. Make sure any display method keeps the full poster visible and readable.
How does shipping work?
Standard U.S. shipping is included in the price. Each poster is printed after you order, so allow time for production before shipment. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Your poster arrives in sturdy protective packaging to help prevent transit damage and creasing. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement.
